At Vedic Roots Ayurveda, we take your satisfaction seriously. Our products are carefully packed and delivered, but due to the nature of our supplements, the following return and refund terms apply:

🔄 Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if:

Product is sealed, unused, and in original packaging

Received item is wrong or damaged (must share unboxing video)

❌ No Return / Refund in Cases:

Product seal is broken or partially used

Return is requested after 7 days

Order cancelled after shipping

Courier returns due to incomplete address or unavailability

💸 Refund Policy

Refunds Credited within 7–10 business days to original payment method

₹500 restocking/handling fee applicable per return

COD orders will be refunded via UPI/bank transfer upon approval

❗Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing (if not yet dispatched)
